The Vic Theatre is a historic concert venue in Chicago's Lakeview neighbourhood, an ornate former vaudeville house that opened in 1912 as the Victoria Theatre. Operated by Jam Productions, it now holds about 1,400 for standing live-music shows. Giant Rooks are a German indie-rock band from Hamm whose euphoric live shows and debut Rookery built a large European following.
