What is KeenToGo?

KeenToGo is a global live-music discovery directory. It tracks upcoming shows for the acts and venues you care about, so you find out about a gig before it happens — not the day after.

The idea is simple. Follow the acts you'd cross town for and the venues you trust. When an act you follow books a venue you follow, that show jumps to the top of your personalised feed. Mark that you're going, show interest, and pull your crew along — so “you missed it” stops being a thing.

The catalogue spans South Africa — where KeenToGo started, from arena headliners to the Afrikaans festival circuit — plus the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Europe, growing country by country. Acts, venues and shows are added continuously, and the catalogue stays fresh automatically.

KeenToGo is discovery-first, not a ticket seller. Every show links out to wherever tickets are actually sold — the promoter, a ticketing partner, or the venue's own booking page. We just make sure the right show finds you.

KeenToGo is built and curated by a small, South Africa-based team of live-music fans. We compile the directory by hand: show listings are sourced from venues, promoters, artists and official tour schedules, and each act and venue profile is written from publicly available information and checked before it goes live. The catalogue is updated continuously as new shows are announced.
