Sacramento's downtown indoor arena, built partly on the old Downtown Plaza site and anchoring the Downtown Commons (DoCo) entertainment district. Home to the NBA's Sacramento Kings, it replaced ARCO Arena and expands to roughly 19,000 for concerts. Alongside 34 year-round luxury suites and 48 loft-style suites, it hosts touring shows, conventions and other big-ticket events. Trans-Siberian Orchestra is an American neoclassical metal band founded in 1996 by the producer, composer and lyricist Paul O'Neill, who assembled a creative core around Jon Oliva and Al Pitrelli, both of Savatage, and the keyboardist and co-producer Robert Kinkel.
