Known locally as the MAC, this arena and convention center in Council Bluffs, Iowa, holds around 9,000 for concerts and 6,700 for hockey, and still offers free parking. Caesars Entertainment has managed the building since 2012, taking over from SMG. Past tenants have included the Iowa Blackhawks, the Omaha Lancers and the Omaha Rollergirls roller derby team. Trans-Siberian Orchestra is an American neoclassical metal band founded in 1996 by the producer, composer and lyricist Paul O'Neill, who assembled a creative core around Jon Oliva and Al Pitrelli, both of Savatage, and the keyboardist and co-producer Robert Kinkel.
