San Antonio's arena on the east side, opened in 2002 as the SBC Center and home to the Spurs — 18,418 for basketball and around 19,000 once it is set for a concert. Trans-Siberian Orchestra is an American neoclassical metal band founded in 1996 by the producer, composer and lyricist Paul O'Neill, who assembled a creative core around Jon Oliva and Al Pitrelli, both of Savatage, and the keyboardist and co-producer Robert Kinkel.
