One of three separate rooms inside Dolan's, a music and entertainment venue and pub on the Dock Road in Limerick, Ireland, alongside Upstairs and the Kasbah. Dolan's opened as a music venue in 1994 and was named Live Music Venue of the Year by the Irish Music Rights Organisation in 2014 and again in 2015; Mumford & Sons, Franz Ferdinand, The Waterboys, Chic and Kasabian are among the acts who have played the building. the olllam is a Transatlantic collective whose name derives from the old Irish for a grand master of a skill, marrying instrumental virtuosity, Irish tradition and Detroit's post-rock psych-sensibility in genre-defying compositions lush with cyclical, trance-like melodies.
