The University of Sydney's storied campus venue — a student-union room whose stage has hosted everyone from local legends to international cult acts since the 70s. Soen are a Swedish progressive metal band formed in 2010 by drummer Martin Lopez (formerly of Opeth) and vocalist Joel Ekelöf, whose albums from Cognitive (2012) to Reliance (2026) draw frequent comparisons to Tool.
