Grand Sierra Resort and Casino is a hotel and casino about three miles east of downtown Reno, Nevada, previously operated as the MGM Grand Reno, Bally's Reno and Reno Hilton. Alongside its 1,990 rooms and 80,000-square-foot casino floor, the resort stages touring concerts and live entertainment. Social Distortion are an American punk rock band formed in Fullerton, California, in 1978 by Mike Ness, who remains the only constant member of a much-changed line-up.
