Grand Sierra Resort and Casino is a hotel and casino about three miles east of downtown Reno, Nevada, previously operated as the MGM Grand Reno, Bally's Reno and Reno Hilton. Alongside its 1,990 rooms and 80,000-square-foot casino floor, the resort stages touring concerts and live entertainment. Rival Sons formed in Long Beach, California in 2009 and are also affiliated with Nashville, Tennessee: Jay Buchanan on lead vocals, Scott Holiday on guitar, Dave Beste on bass and Michael Miley on drums, joined on their most recent tour by keyboard player Jesse Nason.
