The Commodore Ballroom is a music venue and dance hall on Granville Street in Vancouver, built in the late Art Deco style. It is widely regarded as Canada's most influential nightclub and one of the best live rooms in North America, known for its sprung dance floor. Sleep are an American stoner doom metal band from San Jose, California, formed in 1990, with bassist and vocalist Al Cisneros the only constant member.
