The Don Haskins Center is an arena on the University of Texas at El Paso campus in El Paso, Texas, home to the UTEP Miners basketball teams and, by virtue of its size, the city's leading concert venue — a stage for the likes of Shakira, Britney Spears and Kiss. Santana is an American rock band formed in San Francisco, California, in 1966 by Mexican-American guitarist Carlos Santana, who has been its only consistent member.
