Built through a public-private partnership between the city, Tarrant County, the state and a group of local foundations. MercyMe are an American contemporary Christian band formed in Edmond, Oklahoma, in 1994, fronted by vocalist Bart Millard alongside Michael Scheuchzer, Robby Shaffer, Nathan Cochran and Barry Graul.
