The Chestnut Street room of MilkBoy, an American recording studio and entertainment company founded in 1994 by Tommy Joyner. MilkBoy runs three open mic competitions a year; ten finalists chosen at its South Street bar come here for the live final, and the winner takes a recording contract at the studio. MARIS is an American singer-songwriter, born Maris Maddux-Ward, who won the 10th First Night Spotlight on New Year's Eve 2014 and took part in American Idol season 16 in 2017.
