A multi-purpose arena and convention centre in downtown Hartford, Connecticut, consisting of the Veterans Memorial Coliseum and the Exhibition Center. It opened in 1975 as the Hartford Civic Center, is owned by the City of Hartford and managed by the Capital Region Development Authority. It is the full-time home of the Hartford Wolf Pack and a part-time home of University of Connecticut basketball and ice hockey. Known as the XL Center from 2007, it was renamed under an agreement with PeoplesBank in 2025. Don Omar — William Omar Landrón Rivera, born in Santurce, San Juan — is one of the artists credited with taking reggaeton to audiences around the world, and critics and fans alike call him the King of Reggaeton.
