The room
A multi-purpose arena and convention centre in downtown Hartford, Connecticut, consisting of the Veterans Memorial Coliseum and the Exhibition Center. It opened in 1975 as the Hartford Civic Center, is owned by the City of Hartford and managed by the Capital Region Development Authority. It is the full-time home of the Hartford Wolf Pack and a part-time home of University of Connecticut basketball and ice hockey. Known as the XL Center from 2007, it was renamed under an agreement with PeoplesBank in 2025.
