The Palace Theatre is a 1916 theatre in downtown Saint Paul, Minnesota, that was restored and reopened in 2016 as a live-music venue. Big Head Todd & the Monsters were formed in Colorado in 1986 by Todd Park Mohr, Brian Nevin and Rob Squires, who had attended Columbine High School together and reconvened at the University of Colorado — their first gig was a college party there.
