A historic downtown Portland, Maine theater at the corner of Congress and High Streets, blending Moorish and Art Deco architecture. Reborn as a 1,870-seat performing-arts venue in 2010, it's now one of the city's key stops for touring bands and live performances. Big Head Todd & the Monsters were formed in Colorado in 1986 by Todd Park Mohr, Brian Nevin and Rob Squires, who had attended Columbine High School together and reconvened at the University of Colorado — their first gig was a college party there.
