The Commodore Ballroom is a music venue and dance hall on Granville Street in Vancouver, built in the late Art Deco style. It is widely regarded as Canada's most influential nightclub and one of the best live rooms in North America, known for its sprung dance floor. Arch Enemy is a Swedish melodic death metal band formed in Halmstad in 1995, originally as a supergroup — its members had played in Carcass, Armageddon, Carnage, Mercyful Fate, Spiritual Beggars, The Agonist, Nevermore, Eucharist and Once Human.
