Sacramento's downtown indoor arena, built partly on the old Downtown Plaza site and anchoring the Downtown Commons (DoCo) entertainment district. Home to the NBA's Sacramento Kings, it replaced ARCO Arena and expands to roughly 19,000 for concerts. Alongside 34 year-round luxury suites and 48 loft-style suites, it hosts touring shows, conventions and other big-ticket events. Andrea Bocelli, born on 22 September 1958, is an Italian tenor who rose to fame in 1994 by winning the newcomers' section of the 44th Sanremo Music Festival with "Il mare calmo della sera".
