An 18,000-capacity indoor arena designed by HOK, on the Yas Bay waterfront at the southern tip of Yas Island. It was called Yas Bay Arena while it was still going up. Andrea Bocelli, born on 22 September 1958, is an Italian tenor who rose to fame in 1994 by winning the newcomers' section of the 44th Sanremo Music Festival with "Il mare calmo della sera".
