An outdoor pavilion near Lake Winnipesaukee in Gilford, New Hampshire — nearly 9,000 fans, two-thirds under the covered roof, the rest on the lawn. New England's summer-shed classic since 1996. Zach Top grew up on a ranch in Sunnyside, Washington, and started out in Top String, a bluegrass band with his siblings.
