A former ballroom turned event space in Chicago's Uptown neighbourhood, about five miles north of Downtown. Its grand dance-hall roots make it one of the city's more atmospheric rooms for live music and touring shows. Underoath are a Tampa post-hardcore band whose They're Only Chasing Safety and Define the Great Line brought screamo to gold-record scale.
