The Hackensack Meridian Health Theatre is the 1,568-seat main stage of the Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank, New Jersey, named for the town's native son, bandleader Count Basie. Opened in 1926 as the Carlton Theatre, the landmark venue has hosted artists ranging from Bruce Springsteen to Tony Bennett. The Fixx came out of London at the start of the 1980s and have kept an almost unchanged line-up ever since: Cy Curnin, Adam Woods, Rupert Greenall and Jamie West-Oram from the first records, and Dan K. Brown on bass for most of the decades since.
