A converted railway depot beside Hackney Central station: Scandinavian-styled restaurant downstairs, sweaty 375-cap gig room upstairs — a fixture of East London's new-music circuit. The Deadlians are an Irish band formed in Dublin in 2017, built around Sean Fitzgerald on vocals, trumpet and fiddle with a line-up spanning baritone guitar, synth, bass and drums.
