A 1913 working men's club in Hyde Park, Leeds, reborn as one of Britain's best-loved independent venues. Still a social enterprise with its community-club soul intact, its two 400-cap rooms host everyone from cult heroes to arena acts playing secret shows. The Clockworks are an Irish post-punk band formed in Galway, comprising James McGregor on vocals and guitar, Sean Connelly on guitar, Tom Freeman on bass and Damian Greaney on drums.
