Baltimore's downtown multipurpose arena, seating up to 14,000 for concerts near the Convention Center. It opened on October 23, 1962 as the Baltimore Civic Center, designed by AG Odell Jr. and Associates on the site where the Continental Congress met in 1776. City-owned and managed by the Oak View Group, it's a cornerstone of the Inner Harbor. Tame Impala is the psychedelic music project of the Australian singer and multi-instrumentalist Kevin Parker, who writes, records, performs and produces the music in the recording studio and takes it on the road with a full live band.
