Tampa's downtown arena, opened in 1996 as the Ice Palace and home of the NHL's Lightning — the Bay's main indoor concert stop. Tame Impala is Kevin Parker — the Perth studio perfectionist who writes, plays and produces everything, then brings it to festivals as a technicolour live band.
