A multi-purpose indoor arena in the Victory Park neighborhood of downtown Dallas, Texas. Opened on July 17, 2001 at a cost of $420 million, it is home to the NHL's Dallas Stars and the NBA's Dallas Mavericks, and also hosts concerts and other live entertainment as one of the city's premier large-scale venues. Tame Impala is the psychedelic music project of the Australian singer and multi-instrumentalist Kevin Parker, who writes, records, performs and produces the music in the recording studio and takes it on the road with a full live band.
