A 2,807-seat performing-arts venue in downtown Seattle, at 9th and Pine, opened on 1 March 1928 as the Seattle Theatre with 3,000 seats. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places and a designated city landmark, it is run by the non-profit Seattle Theatre Group and hosts Broadway, concerts, dance, comedy and more. Sugar are an American alternative rock band led by Bob Mould, formerly of Hüsker Dü, with David Barbe on bass and Malcolm Travis on drums.
