A historic theater in downtown Minneapolis, one of four beautifully restored houses along Hennepin Avenue alongside the State, the Pantages and the Shubert (now The Cowles Center). Part of the city's revived theater district, the Orpheum stages touring concerts and live performances of all kinds. Sting is an English musician, born Gordon Sumner in Wallsend in 1951, first famous as the frontman, bassist and chief songwriter of the Police.
