A theatre in Downtown Los Angeles that opened in 1926, ran as a playhouse and briefly as a movie theatre, and closed in 1950. After decades of other uses the building was renovated and reopened as a music venue called The Belasco in 2011; Live Nation has operated it since 2020. Slayr is the stage name of Evan McDonald, an American rapper, singer and producer from Philadelphia.
