Mystic Lake Amphitheater is an outdoor concert amphitheatre at the Mystic Lake Casino Hotel near Shakopee, Minnesota, owned and operated by the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community. Slayer are an American thrash metal band formed in Huntington Park, California, in 1981 by guitarists Kerry King and Jeff Hanneman, drummer Dave Lombardo and vocalist-bassist Tom Araya.
