with Scottish Chamber Orchestra

The details, in daylight

Sigur Ros played SEC Armadillo in Glasgow on 2 September 2026, with Scottish Chamber Orchestra in support. This show has already taken place — see Sigur Ros's page on KeenToGo for their upcoming dates.

The SEC Armadillo is a 3,000-seat auditorium beside the River Clyde in Glasgow, one of the three venues on the Scottish Event Campus alongside the SEC Centre and the OVO Hydro. It was designed by Foster and Partners as an interlocking series of ship's hulls, a nod to the Clyde's shipbuilding, and opened in 1997 as the Clyde Auditorium; the nickname it is now named after was already in use before the building was finished. It stands about 40 metres tall and is connected to the SEC Centre by passageways. Sigur Rós are an Icelandic post-rock band formed in Reykjavík in 1994, named after frontman Jónsi's younger sister.
