Seattle Center's arena, first built as the 1962 World's Fair coliseum and rebuilt top-to-bottom in a $1.15 billion redevelopment — reopened in 2021 under a name that's a climate commitment. Rush are Canada's most celebrated rock export — the Toronto progressive trio of Geddy Lee, Alex Lifeson and drummer-lyricist Neil Peart, whose virtuosic runs through Moving Pictures, 2112 and Hemispheres made them a musician's band with an arena-sized cult.
