An amphitheatre in Raleigh, North Carolina, adjacent to the Raleigh Convention Center, formerly the Raleigh Amphitheater. Owned and operated by the City of Raleigh, it books acts through an agreement with Live Nation across a season running April through October. Capacity is 5,990, combining 1,800 fixed seats, 2,700 movable seats and lawn space for 1,000. Red Hat secured its naming rights in a 2012 deal. Rise Against are Chicago's melodic-hardcore conscience, whose Savior and Prayer of the Refugee carried punk's protest tradition to platinum status.
