A two-floor venue on Bloor Street West in Toronto's Annex, adapted in September 1985 into the concert hall and nightclub it is now. The ground-floor room holds just over 500; upstairs is The Dance Cave, which draws students from the nearby universities at weekends with alt-rock and older regulars midweek with goth, mod, punk and indie nights. Revocation are an American technical death metal band from Boston, Massachusetts, built around lead guitarist and lead vocalist Dave Davidson, with drummer Ash Pearson, rhythm guitarist Harry Lannon and bassist Alex Weber.
