Ideal Bar is the intimate club room of VEGA, a celebrated live-music house on Enghavevej in the Vesterbro district of Copenhagen, Denmark. VEGA occupies a 1950s functionalist former Folkets Hus (People's House) designed by architect Vilhelm Lauritzen, and its three rooms — Store VEGA, Lille VEGA and the small Ideal Bar — range from major touring shows to emerging artists. Quiet Light is the recording project of American musician Riya Mahesh, raised in Austin, Texas.
