Utilita Arena Cardiff is an indoor arena on Mary Ann Street in central Cardiff, opened in 1993 as the Cardiff International Arena and holding up to about 7,500. Once known as the Motorpoint Arena, it is the Welsh capital's main indoor concert venue. Placebo formed in London in 1994 around Brian Molko and Stefan Olsdal, the two constants through three full-time drummers.
