Vancouver's 1929 Art Deco ballroom on Granville Street, routinely called Canada's most influential club. Its famous sprung dance floor — lined with horsehair — has bounced under nearly a century of shows. Peter Hook & The Light is the band of Peter Hook, the pioneering bassist of Joy Division and New Order, formed in Manchester in 2010 to perform those catalogues in full.
