A 1,000-capacity concert hall in the NOMA district of Manchester, attached to New Century House. Both were designed by G. S. Hay and Gordon Tait and built for the Co-operative Insurance Society in 1962, and both were listed Grade II in 1995 as an example of high-quality post-war design. The Co-operative Group moved out in 2013 and the hall now operates as a venue. Panchiko are a Nottingham band whose lost 2000 demo D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L was rediscovered by internet sleuths two decades later, turning them into an unlikely reunited cult act.
