A 1,000-capacity concert hall in the NOMA district of Manchester, attached to New Century House. Both were designed by G. S. Hay and Gordon Tait and built for the Co-operative Insurance Society in 1962, and both were listed Grade II in 1995 as an example of high-quality post-war design. The Co-operative Group moved out in 2013 and the hall now operates as a venue. Ole 60 are an American country and alt-country band from Hawesville, Kentucky, formed in 2023, who blend Appalachian storytelling with grunge, southern rock, folk and traditional country.
