A 1,000-capacity concert hall in the NOMA district of Manchester, attached to New Century House. Both were designed by G. S. Hay and Gordon Tait and built for the Co-operative Insurance Society in 1962, and both were listed Grade II in 1995 as an example of high-quality post-war design. The Co-operative Group moved out in 2013 and the hall now operates as a venue. Michael Shannon & Jason Narducy and Friends play whole R.E.M. albums, and the 2026 UK run is Lifes Rich Pageant in its entirety for the record's 40th anniversary, alongside many other R.E.M. classics.
