Valley Bar is a subterranean live-music venue and cocktail bar tucked beneath Central Avenue in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. Its Music Hall stage hosts touring indie, rock and hip-hop acts, while its bar rooms run trivia, karaoke and DJ nights. MARIS is an American singer-songwriter, born Maris Maddux-Ward, who won the 10th First Night Spotlight on New Year's Eve 2014 and took part in American Idol season 16 in 2017.
