A 1,000-capacity concert hall in the NOMA district of Manchester, attached to New Century House. Both were designed by G. S. Hay and Gordon Tait and built for the Co-operative Insurance Society in 1962, and both were listed Grade II in 1995 as an example of high-quality post-war design. The Co-operative Group moved out in 2013 and the hall now operates as a venue. Madra Salach — Irish for Dirty Dog — are a contemporary-folk band based in Dublin, founded in 2023 by Paul Banks, Adam Cullen and Dara Duffy while they were playing gigs around venues on the Northside of the city.
