A theatre at 244–250 Tremont Street, in the heart of Boston's historic theatre district, opened in 1914 and renovated in 2008. It seats 1,093, or 1,200 once the removable tables and seats on the orchestra floor come out to make a standing room, and programmes mostly live comedy and music across its three levels. L7 were founded in Los Angeles in 1985, were active until 2001 and re-formed in 2014; Suzi Gardner, Donita Sparks and Dee Plakas make up the current line-up.
