A concert hall in the centre of Nottingham, owned by the city council and part of a complex that also contains the Theatre Royal. Its markedly modern architecture has become a city landmark, facing the more recently built Cornerhouse. Jon Anderson gave up manual labour in Accrington in the early 1960s to sing in The Warriors with his brother, and by 1968 had co-founded Yes with Chris Squire.
