New Theatre Oxford is a commercial theatre on George Street in Oxford, England, seating about 1,785 and known for much of its history as the Apollo Theatre. It presents a broad programme of musical theatre, stand-up comedy and concerts. Jon Anderson gave up manual labour in Accrington in the early 1960s to sing in The Warriors with his brother, and by 1968 had co-founded Yes with Chris Squire.
