Bush Hall is an independent, grassroots music venue in Shepherd's Bush, West London. Built in 1904 as an Edwardian dance hall — and used over the years as a soup kitchen, bingo hall and social club — it was restored as a music venue in 2001. The intimate ~400-capacity room has hosted some of the biggest names in music. Hothouse Flowers are a Dublin band mixing Irish soul, gospel and rock, whose 1988 debut People became one of Ireland's most successful debut albums.
