Ford Idaho Center Amphitheater is a 10,500-seat outdoor amphitheatre in Nampa, Idaho, part of the Ford Idaho Center sports-and-entertainment complex about 15 miles west of Boise. Opened in 1998 with a concert by Shania Twain, it hosts major touring acts through the summer. Godsmack formed in Lawrence, Massachusetts in 1995 and now consists of lead singer and rhythm guitarist Sully Erna, bassist Robbie Merrill and lead guitarist Sam Koltun.
