A jazz club that started in New York on 15 December 1949 at 1678 Broadway, just north of West 52nd Street, and closed in 1965 as rents rose. The name was revived in 1986 with a second club, now in Manhattan's Theater District not far from the original address. Curtis Stigers is an American jazz singer, born in Hollywood, California in 1965 but raised in Boise, Idaho.
